    What can I do now? Please help


    well, I bought my Xbox in Canada and I'm using it in a country not supported by Xbox live (Dunno if geolock has actually been implemented). So AC unity was downloading an update and it got an error so I hard resetted my console and an error message appeared.

    I proceeded to do an offline update diagnostic and didn't work, so I tried doing a factory reset, everything seemed fine until I got error E200 00000074 00000000 and a partial loaded "loading bar" that does not move. Probably just a graphical glitch.

    I've read its a boot error, but of course not even Microsoft is aware of their own errors and shipping my console to get it fixed is quite a challenge. So yeah... Anyone can rescue a desperate soul with a simple fix?

    What I can do?

    Hi, I lost my Microsoft account because I changed my password many times and I do not remember what it was.

    I lost my phone because it was stolen and that's why I can not verify it.

    and my recovery mail someone changed it. Please help me recover my account. Thank you for reading.

    Hi

    This is not something that you will be able to get help with using the forums, you need to discuss the directly with the support team can you please use the
    contact us option and when prompted select either the option to chat with Xbox support or request a phone call from support and ask them for guidance on this.

    If you live in a country where the games are available and you redeemed the codes then try deleting the games and reinstalling them to see if that helps.

    Hello was it sent to you that you were banned for that message??? Was it maybe something else you said of did??? Remember enforcement follows you for the whole life of your account!! I would just keep reporting. Never answer back it can back fire!!

    As long as you reported them, the enforcement team are going to investigate and take tbe appropriate action. Occasionally they will send a thank you message telling you they did, but they don't always do that. So you won't know exactly when they do, but
    they will. They may have already been suspended and even if they haven't, it doesn't mean they won't. In situations like that, it's best to just report and block instead of responding.
