What can i do if my xbox elite series 2 controller has factory problems?

Hey you advertised the elite controller to be the best n blaa blaa. Well it's not what you promised do something to fix it or let us exchange them for new, on you... we can just file a recall I guess.

The only problem with my Elite controller are the grips.

But you must wait a little

Unfortunayely it's a factory issue, i do not have this problem with my elite controller but 2 of my friends have it.
