What can I do if Microsoft supports deletes my minecraft world?

I understand that you lost your Worlds after PC reset. I know how frustrating it is for I also play the same type of game. You can recover your Worlds if you have made a back up. If you haven't made any backups, I'm not sure if it's possible to recover them, but we can get assistance from Mojang Support to try and see if they have other options for recovering them.

Thank you! But that did not work either. I can try deleting and re-downloading Minecraft, but I always lose all of my worlds when I do that. Is there a way I can delete it and re-download it without losing all of my worlds?

Primarily, it states: "At time of writing, the modern version of

Minecraft (Bedrock Edition 1.14.60.5, released on April 15th, 2020) doesn't have any options for recovering a world that's been deleted outright, since the game stores its files locally."

Even though 1.16 (Nether Update) just came out the other day, we still do not have a recovery feature. The only way to download deleted worlds is if the world was also hosted on a "Realm".

If you do have the world on a Realm, you can download the world file at any time by navigating through the menu as such:

Play > Realm > Edit [REALM NAME] > Download World

I hope this helps! If it makes you feel any better, I remember losing my first Minecraft world back in 2012 on Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition. Tough times and heavy days my friend, you will get through this and make an even better world, I'm sure of it!

I would first suggest going to account.live.com to make sure your email and password work for your Microsoft account.

Next, I actually found a thread on Nintendo Support related to your issue.

Microsoft now not wanting to sign into the new Minecraft on
the switch

1. Go to your system settings on your switch
   
2. Go to data management tab
   
3. Go to manage save data/screenshots and Videos
   
4. Go to Delete save data
   
5. Delete the Minecraft (NOT NINTENDO SWITCH EDITION) save data for YOUR login. This deleted my worlds that I already had but it was worth it in my opinion. There might be a way to not delete your worlds, but I do not know how.
   

So what this will do is reset your game basically and now you will be able to log into your microsoft account again. It worked for me the second time so if for whatever reason it doesnt work again, you can keep doing this process. I
