What can I do if I haven’t received my refund?

I requested a return on an Xbox Series S, so I shipped it back via UPS using the corresponding label that they had me printing.

The Microsoft Return Center has already received the package on April 4th, so it’s been 1 week and the order status still shows “Return in Progress”.

Is there any way to expedite this process or to finally have them issuing my money back?

Hi Daniel!

The status from their website may not be real-time and it won't be processed right away after the console was returned. I suggest that you wait couple of days until it's completely processed. Once refunded, it could take 3 to 5 business days before you get your money back and could be longer depending on your bank's policy. Please check and monitor your order history via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ if the status of your console order changed to "Refunded/Returned".

I read that they take 3-5 didn’t hear about 7. Now it’s been 6, still haven’t received my refund. Also if i don’t receive it tomorrow, what can i do?

I have done so and I haven’t received the refund in my account.

Do you have phone number or a direct link were I can reach out to someone from Microsoft ?

So it’s been 48 hours and I still haven’t received the auric cells or a refund. What happens now

There has been issues with the refund software, hence why your refund has not come through yet. Refunds will be given once the issues have been fixed.
