and corrupted videos from your team,i dnt accept this team autority over me,im 44 years old and wont let a 15 yold kid judgement taking control of my game..i hope i can do something bcause im xbox live fan since 1st days ,but if cant do nothing against this

As I said above, that is all that you can do personally.

It`s upto the enforcement team to take action against the abusive gamer after they have investigated the incident.

The only thing you can do is report/file a complaint the said members through the Xbox options provided on your console so the Enforcement Team can start a proper investigation. Informations can be found here on how to do a report/file a complaint

As for getting report/file a complaint feedback, unfortunately the Enforcement Team is not mandated to do so and will most likely not give information about the occuring investigation regarding reports.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

A member of the enforcement team would never tell you that they are a member of the enforcement team so the person who told you this was lying to you.

Only a member of the enforcement team can reset your Gamerscore despite what someone on live may tell you.

Well according to the details on the report. I was reported by other players. ... for "modification". What mods? I don't know how to use them! So, he may have not been an xbl enforcement team member. But he sure did kept his promise with the abuse of reports.
Besides the fact...doesn't the enforcement team member needs proof of any mods used? I'm 100% sure he/she didn't have proof because I NEVER used any.
