What can I do about someone continuing to dox me?

I'm sorry this is happening to you but we do not allow naming and shaming on the Xbox Forums. Nor can this forum be used to report other users, regardless of their infractions. This is a largely a community forum and you won't get a response from an official Microsoft person.

If someone is conducting a DDoS attack on your internet, you need to report them via the console. We do not allow reporting on the forums.

Wow I just googled what you were talking about Assassin and it's amazing to see how many accounts these kids get away with that doxing crap. You can even go on youtube and see them bragging about the accounts they stole.

Does the issue happen to your Xbox console or what device specifically?

Make sure to secure your account by signing it in to https://account.microsoft.com > Go to 'Security' section and change your account password. From that page, click on 'Advanced security options ' the update your account security information like phone number or alternate email address.

Propane is usually used to cook steak or some other kind of meat pieces. I don't have anything against propane but I find their new advertising method pretty unusual.

Since this is a brand-new console and you have exhausted all the troubleshooting, yet the issue still remains, I would highly suggest you contact the retailer and request for a replacement as they have sold you a defective one.
