What can I do about an abusive chat mod as an Ambassador

Well there you have it. As you can all see DIGITAL EXTREMES will do nothing about this guy. Even when reported as you can see they construed a harmless statement to be ban worthy. They then take a message to my clanmates in a PRIVATE message and claim im sowing spite. I don't recommend any one of you to play this game. In fact I wouldn't recommend playing anything made by this corrupt development company. They will not follow thier own rules and will ban YOU for reporting it.

I never said it was a good solution...personally, i wouldn't want them to win either...but I also would rather play my games without stress from people abusing their power. It's a difficult one given you don't want them to win but you also know that the developers effectively condone, and encourage, this behaviour with their vague TOS and lack of any meaningful action.

As to Microsoft taking action, unless it's specifically being done on the Xbox Live system, then they can't take action...sure, you could complain to MS that they are listing a game on their network that is operating contrary to MS's own Terms of Service and ethical/moral standards but that's about it really. However, given that first party Developers (Playground Games, who make Forza Horizon, as an example) lie to their players (and MS don't do anything about it) and MS allow it, I suspect any complaint will be ignored

The problem with your solution is im just supposed to let the "bully" have his way and allow the continued abuse of the community. As an ambassador that is not what I signed up to do. My father was a marine and retreat was not a lesson he ever shared. As to the tos and eula look into the chat mods code of conduct for that game and you will discover the chat mods lack the oversight the companies claiming to have over them. They give them the ability to bend the rules to fit the situation as they see fit. Ive reported this to them 4 times and was basically told to take a walk. Last I checked cyber bullying is a crime and I have plenty of evidence but Microsoft has to take action since what i have is just a gamertag and cant be reported to authorities with out them laughing while on the call.

I most certainly did not advise you to take it to the forums. I just asked you to read the Community Guidelines, and apply these rules to in-game chat. I stated in your previous ticket:

"Any kick or ban from a chat channel is only temporary and, or may not, include a notification as to the reason for this action being taken against your account at the time it was taken. Since these are only temporary actions, we do not get directly involved in resolving them through support."

This means support does not lift chat bans directly. What we can do is inform you why you were banned from chat, and for your case specifically, in bold I wrote "other behavior that impacts other players in a negative manner".

And as for these recordings of other players getting kicked from chat; I'm sure we can check the accounts of those players as well and tell the player why they were kicked. Often times, it turns out to be 5-minute chat bans for posting the wrong topic in the wrong chat, and other times week-long chat bans for offering trades for coupons, or in your case, comments disparaging other players.

Based on previous reports we received of you, they were almost exclusively harassment of our moderators. Lately your most recent reports are related to you sowing spite in other players against [mod removed]. This is unacceptable even if you were making the same comments about a common player. If you continue this behavior once the suspension is released you risk losing your chat privileges permanently, or being suspended from the game again.

  And yet again you have sidestepped the reported issue. You continue to blame ME for your chat moderators violation of the code of conduct. I am well aware of the tos and eula. Reporting a violation of such isn't a violation of either. Alerting others is not a violation. I was never disrespectful. I never used hate speech. And yet again alerting chat that "he who shall not be named is now present" meaning im back from the bathroom to the people in my squad who were in regional chat at the time is also not harassing anyone. Its not disparaging to others nor did it target anyone since i clearly used no names. Ane as to sowing spite. Thats not necessary. EVERYONE is ALREADY AWARE. We as a community are all aware of r3dp01nts abusive nature. If you don't believe me why not log into the game on a personal account and ask for yourself. How about instead of pointing fingers 1st you do the job and investigate what I have reported. I mean it says in the volunteer guidelines and code of conduct thats going to be done. Instead you have deemed to ban me with no investigation whatsoever. The chat mods are human which means they CAN be emotional and can dislike or hate people. It also means they can target those they don't like and continue to kick them or remove statements from chat to antagonize people into reacting. This is why you have the guidelines is it not? I am here reporting one of many of these violations and yet over and over I suffer consequences for this when most times i have been baited and of course you ignore that fact and only punish me for my reaction. This is why I've obtained counsel. This is why I have posted all of this to Microsoft Ambassadors forums since you censor it here calling it a rant. Anything that gets mentioned about your chat mods is always the person mentioning it's fault. My last reported incident wasn't me getting banned. It was me reporting the mod for kicking people for saying lol to something another had said. LOL is not a violation of rules. Speaking to [mod removed] is not a violation of any rules either. As a matter of fact arent chat mods supposed to be contributing members of the community? So when asked for help or any other HARMLESS question why is he permitted to chat ban said person for a week. He doesn't have [DE] in these brackets as your guidelines say he will so how are players supposed to know its a ban just to say "good morning"? Ill say this again......Why have these rules posted if you won't enforce them. Your rules only apply to players now? Chat banning me in game for an xbox message is also a violation of Microsoft TOS. He doesn't have that power or did I miss where DE owns Microsoft? Last I checked xbox itself isn't warframes property. As to continuing to use such behaviour....what you mean talking like an adult in chat? Yeah don't worry. I've port blocked your chat on my router and banned your games ip as well. No one in my household will play your game. None of my friends will continue either after witnessing the abusiveness of said moderator. This isnt me threatening or rallying. Again there's no need they saw it happen and deleted your game on the spot. But keep the guy who is driving away players every time he gets on without even checking to see if I've made a valid report. Fine by me I am not the one losing money YOU are.

  The issue I am here to address is why you were suspended. We will check your account to confirm whether or not this a valid suspension. We receive our moderators' reports everyday, and they cannot ban you without us seeing. As you have already been warned on multiple occasions before, understand that you are under close monitoring due to your history. No further action would have been taken simply for the comment "he who shall not be named is now present". For that comment alone, you could have that sorted out, but instead you continued to try and rile up a mob, and that is why you received a temporary suspension from the game.
  
  We haven't received any reports about you typing comments like "LOL" or "good morning" and moderator bans cannot come without a report. If this was done to your account, please provide any screenshots of this. If this is for another player, please have the player in question contact us directly. We cannot disclose information about their accounts to you. We take these reports seriously and false reporting will not be taken lightly.

  My report occurred before my suspension thank you. Which further proves my point that DIGITAL EXTREMES allows this abusive player to remain.
  

Well they have once again game banned me in retaliation for reporting this issue and as unprofessional as this is going to sound this is [mod removed]. They claim I violated the EULA by reporting this guy. Like are you serious that Microsoft is gonna allow this kind of abuse to continue and allow players to be bullied off the game for reporting the crime. This is absolutely absurd.
