    Hey there!

    That's not a good sign. I recommend you work your way through the
    troubleshooting guide     by checking the appropriate boxes. You will eventually come to a screen that allows you to select which error code you are seeing and you can select the "E102" box. You'll want to follow the instructions there to reboot your console.
    If that update fails, unfortunately your console may be in need of repairs. You can explore and initiate that process via the
    Online Service Center.

    Preparing console not loading

    You need to have a look on this
    troubleshoot    , and choose Error E102, but for what i looked for you will need to do a reset using the Startup Troubleshooter. In that link, after you choose error e102 you will find the procedure to run the startup Troubleshooter.

    Let us know if you be able to do it, and if worked.
    I did that now it's won't not show any signal after I did that.
