What are your One X thoughts now that you have it?

Not sure how online play works for "anywhere" - is it cross platform - or xbox community towards other xbox?

I'm not actually sure how the online play works, I've not tried it. What I find to be great is the feature to pick up where you left off no matter the platform you are on. Say I play a couple of levels in Quantum Break on the Xbox One, I can save and carry
on where I left off in the Windows Store version of the game on my PC.

Yet for a lot of people having the games available on their computer just means they have less reason to pick up an Xbox One, in any of its hardware revisions, and gives rise to the "Xbox doesn't have any exclusives" nonsense that we hear.

Which is why I would miss the Play Anywhere feature but I honestly think it would help the Xbox brand to have console exclusives again.

So the 45 year olds on here go stalking girls? I have school and a social life and a life, some ppl on here should try it LOL. And we're actually done with this forum. I know one of my bff's was on here a lot but he's not gonna be around on here much as
he has better things to do rather than look at other people's profiles LOL nah he told me he's taken a break from this place. My bf actually is enjoying the new console he won't get his own until xmas so he comes around ta play on mine. And i've been appearing
offline so that I can get some peace with friends I wanna play with.

If you think stalking is clicking on a PUBLICLY AVAILABLE profile (which *anyone* can do - even 10 year olds!) then your education has been sorely neglected. Similarly, what gives you the right to presume someone might have an ulterior motive simply because
of their age? We joke about "10 year olds" positing all manner of nonsense on these forums because their posts come off as NAIVE. That's the difference between thinking and speaking; acting your age instead of your shoe size.

At any rate, if it's actually *true* that the fun brigade is done with these forums, then perhaps the real celebrations can begin! #WeWontMissYa

I decided today to have a go on Fallout 3 and for a nine year old game it looks fantastic and the level of detail I can now see is fantastic I can't wait to see what the enhanced version of fallout 4 will look like.

@Burnin TODI... The X seems to run cooler than the S it replaced; the S definitely ran cooler than the day 1 it replaced. It's kept in a enclosed stereo cabinet with a glass door, and from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. the next morning of constantly being on,
it seemed cool; mixture of streaming movies and playing various games.

There is a lot of heat that pumps out of the console and the HDMI and power cord get the hot air pushed onto them and those two cables get hot. I wonder if that will cause an issue over time.

Please keep us up to date on the heat. If I remember correctly, the power pack is internal on the X, right? I might get one in the next 6-8 months depending on how much data I can collect from the “beta testers”.

Wow I feel stupid lol. I didn’t think my tv supported HDR10 but someone on Twitter told me how to enable it on my tv.

Now that it’s on, it is so incredible. AC: Origins looks so good I can’t even play it. I’m just staring at how clean and crisp it looks. I’ve never seen a game like it. I’m on a 55” and I sit no more then 1 meter away. Breathtaking.

First thing that i notice when i start to play Forza 7 was the sound.I thought it came from the update.But after several "test",in general the sound quality is better.

And didn't notice any crackling noises when closing a game or app (especially Microsoft Edge).

On the visuals side,no surprise.Just great,on Forza 7 with 4K textures and HDR,it's sharp,detailed,frame rate is stable.I also quickly look at Halo Guardians,Killer Instinct,Elite Dangerous and it's like watching through a window and not a tv screen.

But the sound is really what surprise me.

On the bad side, 1Tb HDD feels cheap,especially for a premium product with big 4K files.And also Team Xbox,after a day with Scorpio,i have learn,discover more than after hearing them for a year and half.They really needs to work their marketing and support
(not only with backward compatibility and enhancement).Even,their tech demo (insects) isn't advertise on Scorpio dashboard.

Scorpio is a good product,nice piece of tech but badly supported (especially after teasing it for a year and half).

I hope for more HDR in game and Dolby vision,too.
