What are your Networks stats on Xbox 1?

Hello everyone. We just changed ISP company today and I just want to know what everyone's network stats are like. We're now with Vodafone NZ Fibre Cable. Unlimited monthly data at 100mb/s down and 10mb/s up with phone and Freeview. I just want to know and
wanted to share some good news.

Xbox 1 console results: Download speed: 76.30mbs (wireless) Upload speed: 7.71mbs (wireless) Ping: 180ms (better than the average 220 with our previous provider).

I tested some Okla site and it said 51.13 down and 10.19 up (woe, that's over 10mb/s up). We made the switch as ADSL is real slow and uploading Youtube videos at 0.9mbs is painfully slow (takes hours). I think it's a good switch especially with streaming
and when Windows 10 comes out. I've noticed friends list loads a bit faster on 360 and 1. And both of my Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 consoles came up with Open NAT first go which is cool. Our ISP gave us a wireless Netcomm N300 router. Also has Microsoft officially
announced a date when they'll discontinue XBL support for Xbox 360? I got a message from some random today shutdown 21/1/2016 but I think I should just ignore it. We use to be on ADSL Broadband with Spark 80GB monthly cap. And yes I live in a NZ city.

    :)

  3. Party issue

Hi there RotaryPhoenix, thanks for reaching out.

To check, is this occurring on your Xbox app for Windows 10? What brand/model headset are you using specifically?

Also, when you go to Settings>Network on the Xbox app, can you please share the Network Stats you see there with us?

It's exciting. Fibre/cable and unlimited monthly caps is better than ADSL and VDSL (which rely on twisted copper wiring). When I played Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox 1, it would regularly see poor network connection and had strict NAT (but on 360 I would have
open NAT). It's also good news because everyone knows how massive Xbox 1 Update/DLC/system update sizes can be, and when Windows 10 comes out with streaming. It just makes your Xbox experience more fluid. My wireless strength is 100% most of the time. Upload
speed is 10x faster too which really helps if you like to share videos on the internet. I feel sorry you don't have any good ISP's in your area G. Packet loss result is also 0. But when XBL is having issues, it can be noticeably higher.

  6. I'm from the UK. My provider is Virgin Media - 130mb/s Down - 10mb/s up and no data caps or networking throttling.

I've also seen a slight increase in downloads times off the marketplace after I changed my DNS server settings from VM's to Google's.

May I also point something out with regards to streaming on Windows 10. If you stream an Xbox One game to a Windows 10 device in the same house, the stream uses your internal wireless network. It won't matter what connection speed your ISP gives you as the
    stream won't use that.

I just want to add that the results you get from the Xbox One are based on a ping to Microsoft servers in Redmond, WA.

Expect a slight to significant drop in typical speeds to this server as opposed to a local host based near where you live.
