    What are you thought on Phil Spencer?


    The way the mandate of Xbox has changed under his leadership is a good thing in my opinion. All about the gamer. So many things has been added for us gamers to be able to enjoy what we love.

    Only thing i don't like is he haven't visited my region. Hopefully he will in the future.

    I really like him. He seems to be down to earth and hardworking while knowing the industry and gamers too. I think he is the right person for the job, and he has been doing very well. The way Microsoft launched the Xbox One was a disaster and he had
    to take over a “sinking ship”. He has been doing what us Xbox gamers wanted: more first party studios and IPs, and focusing on next gen to make sure it will be great. I really admire Phil.

    Because of Phil Spencer, the Xbox today is at such a high level. Thanks to Phil as he keeps inventing some Xbox news and improvements. I am grateful to him. And I like his megalomaniac.
