WHAT?!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

This is an appeal to a communications ban that I received after using ONE profane word. So for context (which, apparently is something that Microsoft values, although the system as I understand it is not upholding that value), I was in a multiplayer match
of for honor and I wasn't doing so hot. So a person messaged me who's gamertag is "Big Chief Cree" messaged calling me bad. Naturally, as a gamer, I challenged him to a friendly 1v1. He declined and I said "c'mon just one duel. Stop being such a pussy" (when
I said this I had no ill intent, it was just a poor choice of words). And so this guy "lol com ban for cussing". Honestly this feels like he was trying to bait me into cussing. also, I didn't even know that's how come bans worked. But that is beside the point.
I'm requesting a repeal on my ban. My gamertag is .

OK, so cant update my xbox, and therefore cant play online.

Code it C000-0001 which by there eyes is I've modded my Xbox. Ok yes I"ve got a new drive(cause XBOX told me it would cost 150$ compared to 20$), but I have never modded, never bought or downloaded a stolen game, and I've been a XBOX live custumer since
day one (look me up )

Now I cant get help, cant get online, what support tells me (all the way up past manager) is to buy a new XBOX, are you kidding! I've been playing/paying XBOX live since day one, paid for over 50+games.

In my eyes I've got a car, got an oil change at the local oil place, and my car stoped working 1 year later, and the dealer told me just to buy a new car.

Thats my rant, hope everone else isnt dealing with the same issue, cause I know your pain!!

Hey, I agree to what you say, and I understand they are trying to crack down on people that are trying to steal there property.

All I did was replace a broken drive with a drive that works, using MS own parts.
