    I pay 10.95 nz a month for xbox live so I expect to be able to watch indieflix youtube vevo wot ever without get sorry not available at this time please goto xbox live blablabla status every god dam time im watching something especially when I pay for the
    likes of indieflix and before you say check this do that well ive done that as soon as I get that stupid msg I go on my computer to check and sure enough its working fine im pulling 130mbps so I no im well fast enough yes ive done wireless and hard wire so
    really you need to do something if it was free I wouldn't give a *** if it happened once in a while I wouldn't give a *** but its not freakin free and it happens a freakin lot and no I don't have a old xbox ive got a new slim with a 320gb HDD that's only 5mths

    Ok, so apparently my auto-renewel was on and since microsoft couldn't extract the money from my paypal they just gave me the gold membership and blocked off all access i have to account. I tried talking to an agent but he just said there was nothing he could
    do, i now cant turn off auto-renewel, play online, talk to my friends, You get my point? Anyways, i want to cancel auto-renewel and that purchase. Can someone FFS help me?

    Weird........you said you talked to an agent. Was that agent and Xbox employee or was he an Ambassador? Ambassadors don't work for MS so there is nothing they can do to turn off your auto renewal. It sounds like you need to speak with the Billing
    department. I'd give them a call if you need the phone number please ask or just go to the link bellow to request a call. If you want a phone number let me know what country you are from.

    Hey there

    Welcome to the forums

    I see your frustration. There has been some reports of shortages on Microsoft servers. OneDrive was effected two days ago, as people could not access their folders. However that should be fixed now. The reason why I brought that up, was because it said on
    their service status as all running.

    Now, there is a red Xbox Live Service allert here:
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status


    And Microsoft may be looking into it.
