    Like all the other posts which you are ignoring - I have been unable to get into my jigsaw games. I did consider upgrading but am worried you will accept payment and still do nothing to address the issues!!!!

    Come on microsoft, tell us whats going off(apart from my xbox connection before any wise alecs chime in). what has happened and what are you doing to fix it?

    What are you guys doing!?!?!

    What I don;t under stand though is that if it's 4 different individual accounts won;t I have to pay for it that way? Like I said they are doing a terrible job communicating.

    On the other side they are doing a FANTASTIC Job listening to the customers and reacting and making the changes we want so hats off to the big giant corporate monster for listening to customers and doing right by them.

    Now I just need them to get their tech heads together so XBOX Live 360 & XBOX One Live are one and the same and I don't loose 4k in purchased digital goods.

    Great job on unplugging the camera though MS, I appreciate it!

    Can you describe the problem? Is it crashing or not launching?

    Also what are your system specs? (running dxdiag.exe from the windows search will tell you).
