with cod looking like its dead in the water after that mp reveal, hearing nothing but bad things from everyone, cod was unlike any other game because we got present guns and present warfare, in a way it had its own originality and if we want a similar shooter
where can we buy one, we cant....not into battlefield thanks, i remember the anticipation of a new cod game and when november arrived the chilly days etc, there was always a buzz for cod, this franchise is going in the wrong direction who will buy this when
we have titanfall and halo, tradition is over.

Unfortunately not enough people will boycott purchasing this game and all of it's microtransactions for them to care. I wish other people would see that what's going on with CoD is not ok and if we want change we have to show that we want change, but people
buying into every CoD game and camo pack that comes out isn't going to make Activision see they need to change

 

it needs a damn good titanfall pack for people not to buy this, i cant see this game doing as well as the other cods or dont the kids no any better that it wont be much different to halo, i just hate those silly laser type guns

One thing i've noticed, people who complain the most, are always at the front of the line for the midnight release. And Remedy, seeing as how you seem to have played almost every COD game on the 360(compare games), i'll bet you won't be "boycotting" the
game either.

I hate the direction it has been heading. This might be the icing on the cake. But it is still well worth $60.

I will not be purchasing DLC for the first time.

I'm really hoping the next two are WW2 and a modern warfare. This slightly futuristic/futuristic is getting old. If I wanted to play halo or Titanfall then I would put one of them in the tray.

Very disappointed in the direction of this CoD but I will buy it because me (and my friends) are super bored right now. If BF Hardline is fun then maybe not.

 

Same old COD every nov. was getting old and i think im going to enjoy it. BF and TF sucks big time.

 

Generally speaking, Call of Duty receives unnecessary hate. It has a great formula that doesn't need a drastic change. People don't want a 'new' cod, they want a new IP. If anything, a drastic change is what will ruin COD. Which brings me to my main
worry with the upcoming COD.

They are heading in the direction of the competition that they crushed years ago. Jet packs? People don't play COD to halo hop. COD became a hit because it was a 'realistic' shooter.

This is the first COD that I will not be pre-ordering the DLC.

 

I agree. My biggest issue with the CoD franchise has always been the spawns which, to a degree, are driven by map design. I prefer a "football field" type map type design where one team comes from one direction and the other team from another. Nothing
makes me rage like killing somebody and then getting shot in the back by them.
