    I'm trying to send my
    Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 Core - Custom Design (2022) for repairs to microsoft and I have the shipping label. I know somewhere I read I need to remove some of the buttons but I'm not sure which ones. Is there clear instructions on this somewhere or does someone know from experience?

    Thanks for the reply. The Elite controller series 2 has various methods of mapping the buttons and paddles as compared to the series 1. If you haven't done so already, I recommend taking a look at the following support articles that
    can assist you in determining how to set up the different functions, including how to use Shift with the controller to give you alternate inputs:
