    What are the actual terms for a refund of a digital game?


    Just tried to return sea of thieves, but was denied because I used it. I played it for about 10 minutes and have owned it for about 3 days. As lately of this year, I have heard that the general refund policy was the same as steam (2 hrs, 2 weeks), but the
    current page for digital game returns does not list this policy. Rather, it simply says that play time will be taken into consideration (which seems to be a little more lenient than the "You used it once so you cant return it" reason the customer service agent
    provided). Did the refund system change this year? Or am I missing something? Any clarity would be appreciated.

    I also played it on my windows PC if that affects anything. Also, if I am not in the correct category, please let me know.

    refund process
    . You can look under the digital game purchase refund terms for more information on the page. You will need to reply to the denial email for more information. Quote from the terms:

    All sales of Digital Game Products are considered final, but we understand there may be extenuating circumstances. When you request a refund for these products, and depending on the purchase or content type in determining refund eligibility, we consider
    a variety of factors like time since date of purchase, time since release, and use of the product.

    Why would your account be suspended for asking for a refund for digital games?

    There is nowhere in the terms and conditions of sale that they say your account may be suspended for asking for a refund on digital games.

    You were not suspended for asking for a refund for a digital game.

    If you contact the right people they will tell you the reason you were actually suspended but you are probably already aware of why that was.

    Digital content purchased is non refundable unless there is a problem with the game and you can't play it for esxample. You not liking it or it not being what you expected are not valid reasons for a refund. Please see the Purchase
