What are good ways to avoid being banned in GTA 5 Online?

What are good ways to avoid being banned in GTA 5 Online? I keep hearing online that it's easy to get banned in GTA 5 Online.....dunno if it's true or not I'm only a level 7 dunno if people are just messing with me or if there telling the truth?

As Tones says, no way would your account be banned because of the way your son played a race in GTA 5. There is more going on here than you are prepared to divulge or investigate.

During the opening weeks MOST of the amateurs will get caught and banned, the problem is the good ones who know what they are doing and know how to avoid getting the programs traced to their accounts that cause it. Everyone of them will inspire/encourage
5-7 amateurs to hack/mod/glitch.

In the long run, MS and the devs need to find more effective ways of tackling the root of these issues, focusing more on preemptive measure instead of clean up duty.

 

Don't do money glitches or modding and you won't get banned and don't listion to those troll say to you...

If you stay away from using mods or hacks, you should be fine. It is clear they don't care about the money glitches...or any for that matter...

Dont do mods, hacks, or glitches. If you dont want to get put into a bad sports room just dont blow up personal vehicles.

 

I don't see what the difference is from bad sport, and good sport. I can play more comfortably in a lobby full of low rankers, but in a lobby full of people my rank, its a battle field, either way, still fun, but also, you cant trust no one in gta unless
they are your friend, but sometimes even then

 

^Wrong. You can trust 10% of the people in GTA: Online. You get that one occurrence where you'll be shooting at someone the next and then you and that player are out reeking havoc together. It's weird but it's happened to me.

 

It's definitely full of randomness and anything can happen. I don't think I have come across one friendly person to be honest.

 

I have on at least two occasions. Other than that, it's the usual "shoot-on-sight" mentality.

 

I have even found that low rankers will shoot at you if your driving a cheap car, but yea legend, that is somewhat true, you can find someone, kill them, or they kill you, then end up best buds for the rest of the time your in that lobby, or even friends
on xbox live. however, the point is, they still killed you, so at the time of your death, YOU CAN NOT TRUST ANYONE

Players in GTA Online are hardly ever banned - they're put into the Bad Sport pool where people who cause trouble & turmoil are placed into so that they can irritate people just like them. People argued when GTA Online was released that some people
were irresponsibly deemed a 'Bad Sport' so Rockstar Games responded by increasing the limit on what it takes to be a bad sport.

I can assure you that you will not be placed into a Bad Sport lobby nor will you banned from GTA Online unless you do one of the following things:

• Excessively blow up other players' Personal Vehicles when in an Online Free mode.
  
• Excessively leave a job once it has started.
  
• Break the EULA set by Rockstar - this is pretty hard to do, so don't even try!
  

However, if you are a Cheater then you will be banned or placed in the bad sport pool. A cheater is someone who:

• Illegitimately earns RP or GTA$ through modding.
  
• Using any J-tag or third-party tools to alter the game.
  
• Anything which may be deemed breaking the TOS of GTA Online.
