I came home fed ex said the package was delivered but I received nothing

May I know if more than 48 hours passed since this delivery notification?

If not, please wait this time. In some cases the carrier mark an order as delivered before it actually gets delivered

If yes, right now the best option is start and investigation process with them and you can reach Microsoft support to see if a replacement can be sent in the meantime

Do what I do. Play with a party. I never get my packages stolen. I will let a teammate take it if I'm nowhere near it or change it if it's crappy.

i have never lost a care package in mw2 or black ops.

unlike many of you tools who get their packages stolen, i get away from the enemy to throw, and defend my package.

not throw it in middle of battlefield, and then cry when you were waiting and got jacked.

I am losing faith in MS. This is the second console launch in a row they screwed the pooch on. Not only am I hearing that people are getting their packages stolen or not even delivered at all....But so many consumers who actually received their package are
already experiencing hardware failures, faulty disc drives and updates bricking their systems. You think they would have learned from the disaster that was the 360 launch.
