    This guy pull my ip address up and posts it in chat and tells everyone what town I lived in and then says I’ll come and shoot u and ur kid up. Then later saying I’ll also use my card on my Xbox account

    Hello EmperorRiku, in cases like this you should remove the card from your account and protect it by changing the password and updating the two security information.

    As for the rest of the situation, the ideal would be to get in touch with your local authorities, they certainly have some division for this type of situation on the internet, so they can guide you correctly.

    The enforcement tram doesn't always let you know when action is taken. Occasionally you'll get a thank you message. It doesn't mean they're not going to take action though.

    Isps and law enforcement handle internet pages not gaming services that have nothing to do with them
