What action has been taken on my account?

So my clip got reported and when i checked last night my enforcement page was orange but when i checked this morning it was grey again?

have they just removed the clip and given my a slap on the wrist?

XFriends Competition of NBA 2K13 in Asia

Guys no action has been taken against this guy and he has now been listed as the champion dor NBK in the indian region. He has surely glitched his gamerscore with regards to what has been mentioned in the first post about his achievements being unlocked
in the wrong order and so on . Complains have been filed against his new gt but no action has been taken till now . Plzzz do the needfull and bring his wrongdoings to the attention of the live enforcement teams for proper verification.

Hacking off accounts

[Mod Removed] has been hacking accounts, my son and his friends accounts and games have been hacked, can you contact me and confirm what action will be taken both my son and his friend are very upset.

There is no way to undo an enforcement action, you can appeal the action taken during the suspension / ban, but not after it has been resolved.

If you're wanting to join the program you may have to reapply, but if there has been an enforcement action taken on your account, it's likely you aren't eligible.

I don't think you get the 'action has been taken' message everytime, so I would guess action has been taken you've just not seen it.

My account is clean it has never been suspended, banned or taken actions against, this really comes out as a shock.

Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement has said to the public and its on record, that all complaints are reviewed within 24 hours. Not that action is taken in 24 hours, just that the complaint is reviewed. Depending on the situation and severity of the offense, action
can be taken immediately, or delayed to a system update (like those thousands of accounts banned at the spring update for tampering) it all depends on what has been done to violate the terms of use. This is all my opinion, and I do not speak for Microsoft...
