    WHAT ABOUT US?


    I know Xbox and Microsoft have made a rewards system for those who spend money and time on their games/features. Which is an awesome thank you to the community . what about the people that have been supporting the Xbox/Microsoft company for years before
    rewards. I've dedicated almost 10 years just on Xbox live. And before that, playing offline. I have friends that are on the same boat. I'm not looking for a handout but.. Don't we deserve a little extra. the thought of switching to another system has never
    even crossed my mind at any point EVER. I will always be loyal to this company I've spent a lot of money and time. I LOVE microsoft and xbox. always have, always will. All I'm saying is the veteran gamers of Microsoft and Xbox have a special loyalty and should
    be rewarded and noticed as such. As die hard Xbox gamer / gamers we know where our loyalties lie. DO YOU? whether this goes unheard you guys are still doing a fantastic job and I will always be here to support this company.

    What About Us?

    25A 11th signal 40th EBS

    During deployments, we bring consoles as a type of R& if the mission allows it. Now this new requirement of a consistent internet connection will no longer allow myself and other soldiers to use the Xbox One. There is not a public wifi in theaters. Unless
    Microsoft plans on sharing its connectivity over X-BAND that is.

    Furthermore, in the case we were able to connect to the internet, it would seem that we would have to add 40+ copies of each game. Its not practical nor feasible. I do not understand their marketing plan and I don't support it.

    The entitlement mentality of todays xbox live users sickens me.

    Until the games for gold programme started i honestly didn`t realise how many of them existed here.

  6. No, if something sickens me, and i can do something about it, i face it.

    If you want free speech, go and stand in a field with no one around, say what you like.

    On here we are sick to death of people ranting about what they think they are entitled to for free, or what they are currently being given free is not good enough.

    You buy and play games for your own entertainment, you are not doing microsoft any favours, you are entitled to nothing.

    I think we need to chill in here a little. WHAT ABOUT US? :)

    There's the Xbox Rewards program, the Ambassador program (with some cool loot) and the rebate program (subsidy of the Xbox Rewards) program.

    That, along with, Games for Gold, and Deals with Gold.

    I'm sure there's something there to reward you. WHAT ABOUT US? :)

    Wow Owen, get a clue. That is the attitude that has me off the Live system after 12 years. That you seem to be confirming what I have said for years...Microsoft takes your money, provides bad network service and support, and has no control over their Gamers
    AND I am entitled to nothing? Perfect. Let me re-post your reply everywhere. That's why MS doesn't get money from me for services, games or consoles. You are right though, MS is so big that I don't matter, even as an MCSE that worked on the original xbox.
    All Hail the expert. PS4..here I come.

    My attitude???, being happy with what i pay for and grateful for everything i get for free, that`s an attitude?????

    I have been around for a long time. And no I don't feel this way.

    I don't look at others and say "Oh they have this, so I should have just a little more". I am happy for them. And I am happy with what I have.

    Don't envy others, or be jealous. They are not admirable traits

    Been on live since it began,paid for a great service & that price has never gone up,in fact it's cheaper now if you shop around.

    Am I entitled to anything because of how long I've been on live ? No,of course i'm not

    - I wish I knew how to quote comments like others can. Oh, well.

    OP I think being rewarded is a good thing, but those rewards come from the Top down. Yes, you and others helped to make XBL what it is today and therefore deserve a pat on the back. (Reward)

    To some extent I think M has done just that and will likely do more in the coming months/years. yet we are all in the same boat and will just have to patiently wait and see what comes about.

    Well to me it's a love hate relationship. (Figure of speech) - Sometimes, especially just after updating an App or game. It glitches and you can't sign back in. Only way to do so is turn off the system, walk away and cool down for a minute or two, then power
    on again and.. YES, I'm signed back in - then back to liking the Xbox again.

    Just because someone was a member longer, doesn't mean they deserve more. Many people have been customers longer than you, they don't get any special treatment.

    I've had nearly 6 years of XBL service and nearing 8 years of owning an xbox console, I don't feel I should get anything for being a member. I feel that's what I get from the rewards program and the free games they give out. Also the great sales xbl has
    been putting out as of late.
