What a rip off.. Time for a change.

Today I officially got ripped off by Microsoft. I paid my one year membership on 4/2 and today they suspended my account due to "non-payment" after screen shotting my bank statement and sending it to them.. anybody have a ps4 for sale?

What a Rip off this is:

Learn to read the TOS for the GAME and the DEVELOPER. Most of them clearly state that any and all online functions can cease at the developers discretion.

No worries, I did not notice you breezed over it. I think we have somewhat similar approaches to arguments, just differ in the viewpoints on many things is all. It provides for an interesting discussion I am just more or less often find myself trying to
argue for the underdogs here.

 

You didn`t get ripped off at all, if you have paid it will get sorted out by support.

Clearly you had auto renew turned on and without a payment being made, or registered, you will get the account suspended until its sorted.

If you give the people on the phone attitude, and "i am buying a playstation" comments, its highly likely they will not go out of their way to help you.

 

Yes, auto pay was on, as it was last year, and everything went without a hitch. Tell me why it is that the money was taken out of my account, and left me broke for 3 days ( which I'm not even mad about, it was my fault for using auto pay) yet I'm supposed
to just not care that they can't find the transaction. This is stupid, and there should be nothing to work out. After sending them everything they asked for, all showing that I have paid, my account still got suspended today. So please, tell me once again
how it's not a rip off. As for your assumption that I was rude and unruly on the phone, that's not correct. I have been a prefect gentleman to these jack ***' until today. No more will I tolerate stupidity from Microsoft.

If you are, then you are clearly showing as gold here, and if you were suspended you would not be able to sign in here.

 

I am, yet I can't sign into Xbox live on my console. After I had this discussion they told me they would have to charge me again, so I pulled my card info, and it's telling me to add card info so they can charge me again.

 

Click on "my account" in the top right corner of this page.

A little way down the right hand side on the next page it should tell you your current subscription.

Are you sure your card hasn`t expired and the payment has been rejected?

 

Once again, money was pulled out of my account on 4/2. That is the date it went through and stopped pending. Card expires in 16. Jesus, is there nobody that believes for once it could just possibly not be operator error. I'm not computer, nor am I technology
stupid. I've even called my bank to make sure 100% it went through, and had them fax the transaction details. I'm positive 100% the issue does not lie on my end.

 

If you are going to get ratty with me i will just tell you to stick it, i was just trying to get to more details.

 

Maybe you should pay more attention to detail, as I've given you all the information you need, and then some, for someone who can't really help my situation.

 

Then i won`t bother trying to help you, doesn`t bother me in the slightest.

 

That's perfectly fine with me, because unless you're going to sell me a PS4, or reimburse me, there is nothing you could do for me anyways.

The way you treat people makes me laugh at the fa t you are having trouble. Just go buy a PS4 they are "for sale" at MANY retail locations. SO stop trying to get attention like a little child with your "I'll just buy a PS4! Whah!" comments and either just
