    last night I'd spent nearly 2 hours on the chat with the Microsoft staff regarding my ban on the account, and they'd said create a post and you'll get the fast reply it's been almost 24 hours and I haven't got a single reply from the Microsoft just poor
    support. You Guys ruined the holidays, shame on you Microsoft

    poor support

    I had to switch email address for my account. I took about 1/2 hour on the phone. I even got 6 months free Live membership from them.

    Support typically has wrong information when it comes to anything they don't handle themselves. They're not necessarily lying to you, they just don't have the correct information.

    What a poor support

    Really you only have yourself to blame for spoiling Christmas. You weren't banned for no reason. If you are banned for 14 days, it means you have been banned at least twice before and didn't learn your lesson. You don't have many more chances left before
    your account is permanently banned for being banned multiple times. Behave yourself while online, don't act out and don't retaliate against others when they try to antagonize you.

    Not always the case.If the offence is serious enough a 14 day suspension can be issued for a first offence.
