    Had to log in here with different account because it says the email address of my gamertag "doesnt exist". Cannot get onto Xbox Live. Trying to play Elder Scrolls Online for the first time and it says "The Xbox Live Account selected does not have Multiplayer
    privileges. Please select an account with Xbox Live Gold, or update your permissions." Tried to talk to Xbox Support but it won't let me enter my Name and Surname so I cant actually talk to them, either in Chat OR to request a phone call (and i cannot afford
    to call them myself).

    Do you think, if the email associated with my Gamertag doesnt exist anymore, that my Xbox Live account on that email address doesnt exist anymore?

    Further.. does this mean, since we cannot transfer Gamertags from one email to another yet on Xbox One, that i'll just have to suck it up and make a new Gamertag on a different (actually existing) email address and just start all over??

    Which to be honest i dont mind bc i dont really care about achievements etc. Its just annoying.

    Sorry to hear it. Which country do you live in? Most of the numbers for phone support are Toll Free. For example, if you lived in the US you could dial 1-800-469-9269.

    At the moment your only avenue of help is from support as only they can help with account issues like this.

    Yep, they`ve gone and done it again. Changed the layout of everything so now you can`t find anything. :(

    I thought that too about the techs, but apparently they need to fire them all and just hire a bunch of teenagers since the teens seem better able to figure these tech problems out than the Microsoft techs can.

    I'd imagine because you're messing / not messing with a setting somewhere around what it should be using for voice chat.
