What a joke. Trying to purchase game

What a joke. Trying to purchase game.... Reset my paypal re added my card and wifes card, still cannot buy the game I want. There is money in the account and tested it on amazon. Help needed. Tried calling microsoft but as usual they dont care.

I think you should try to buy it on the website using a pc, I think it could be easier to use a paypal account

I tried that did not work for the game I wanted but worked for a game i did not want. I wand the brothers in arms game.

I cant buy time for a game I like I even changed my card.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues making a purchase. We recommend going over the guide for

purchase errors. You may also want to request a call from support. As they can look into the profile and see what is going on.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
