    just thought i would ask wtf or microsoft doing i bought the xbox one and download of gta 5 which had now been installing for over 24 hours and still only on 61 %. i have over a 20gb conection and can dowload and install a 20gb game on my pc in under a hr
    . dont want it hear it was a dos attack thats just a *** reason for not upgrading server for busy peroids. can i please get my gold meberships refunded as i will be saling this peace of *** and sticking with my pc

    WHAT A JOKE!!!

    This app will never be fixed... All the problems this app has and still they cant fix it!??

    Here are a list of the problems i have with this app, 1. Constant freezing, 2. the screen will just go black during the video, only thing that fixes it is going back to the dashboard, 3. When i search for a video, than watch a video or 2 from the searches
    then return to look thru the videos that pop up theyre is nothing there, so i have to research the same damn thing.

    Instead of fixing these issues, some jackass in charge somehwere must have thought it would be more important to change a few things of NO importance at all... I was curious if this last update would do ANYTHING considering they put out several updates
    already to fix the issues but failed miserably each time. Its time Microsoft start listening to the people and start fixing the crap they have out already before they start thinking of a gimmick to sell us one of there new crap products.. Im sure most major
    companys like microsoft are all the same, but i think its time to give sony another shot rather than letting microsoft *** all over me as one of there customers.



    If Microsoft cant fix this app in all its attempts, than i think ill hold off on the new "xbox one" for good..

    My rant is done...

    Service Center is a joke

    I'm also experiencing issues of xbox suppoert service quality from some time. There is a problem with delivering shipping labels from UPS system after creating a service order on the support website.

    After few calls to the call center finally got a shipping label and sent the elite controller.

    But right now it almost 2 weeks after I received a confirmation that controller has left the service center and it I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. It takes too long this time.

    MS, what is going on with your support and service orders?
