What a garbage system!

Biggest waist of $300.00, EVER. I wanted to browse the game library to purchase a new game. Where is it? Where is the browse game library? Why am I having such a hard time finding it? Why am I having such a hard time finding a game, on a gaming console,
to spend money on? We all know Xbox likes to nickel and dime the crap out of you. Basically what I am saying is your user interface is garbage, your menus are garbage, and you have offered nothing other than taking a once great gaming console (the Xbox, and
Xbox 360) and took a heaping dump on it. This is a gaming console, this needs to be your main focus again. I like the backwards compatible feature, but is that seriously your saving grace on this console? Do any of you own a PS4? Take a note from them on the
user interface, yours sucks. If my son didn't love playing Minecraft on this garbage system, I would use it for target practice. And that brings up another point, I log into his profile, and select the game, but lo and behold, I'm still on my profile? So I
close the game, and have to wait for the slow system to load the profile screen....again so that I can change it to his profile.....again???? Instead of focusing on moving forward with your console, take a step back and address some of the stuff you over looked
so that I could watch t.v. why I'm trying to game, stupidest idea ever by the way.

Disappointed with xbox support.

the xbox one system is legit but the support is garbage when your system goes down you get upset. pay more money while your system is still under warranty? huh? what company does that?

Deny, deflect and avoid. Reputation system is garbage and needs a serious overhaul.

Very simple really.

 

I did that, it only shows new release games. It will allow me to search for a game, but this does me no good because im wanting to browse a list of available games. Again, why is this difficult in anyway shape or form? I even asked a buddy over chat one
day, and he couldnt find it, and have had this conversation with people that have sold there Xbox Ones. But i can switch to live t.v. with ease, they figured that much out.

 

Browse games then "all games" It's right there in front of you.Can't see how anyone can miss it.

It couldn't be simpler finding every game section. There is even a free game section there.

 

I see what you mean, you've gotta go through 4 different menus just to get to the game library... they could do with adding the ''all games'' section to the top with a search bar.. and THEN have the categories underneath from which you can search into from
the main browsing screen. Less clicks, simpler UI is what i think he's getting at...

I've personally never used the TV/Gaming combo, i don't see the point, if i want to watch TV, i'll watch TV, when i'm playing a game, i'm immersed in it fully. Deverlopers have spent a lot of time and effort making games what they are to then have gamers
not even paying attention because the TV is on at the side of the screen, so why they bother with ''loading'' screens anymore, is beyond me.

Even if you do use the TV/Game combo or even YouTube/Gaming combo to listen to music while you're gaming... the game lags exceedingly..... not to mention 40% of the screen has reduced to have ''snap'' side by side because you can't close youtube without
it stopping whatever is playing... It works for twitch, why can't it work for YouTube?

Anyways, rant over.... i've been a dedicated Xbox'r for 8 years so... I'm not saying they're crap, i'm just saying it's not a media centre, it's a gaming console and i have fought off every possible manipulative thing my friends have said to get me to switch
to Playstation..... Please, focus on the gaming side and sort out the gaming servers. LAG is the issue, not ''TV features''... We all have a TV already.
