    I came home today and when I turned on both of my xbox ones (TV and Living room) it said it lost my TV lineup and asks me to setup again. When I go through the process it finds my provider by zipcode, populates the Comcast(Nashville) info, and acts like
    everything is fine. When it goes back to TV it again says "We've lost your TV lineup". I have hard reset both xboxs and even the cable box to ensure that wasn't the problem, and nothing. Anyone able to provide some assistance?

    The entire channel lineup is wrong.

    Hey everyone, this same problem just happened to me where my cable provider changed the channel lineup but my xbox was still using the old channel numbers but i found how to fix it. Go to settings ---> tv&oneguide ---> oneguide---> clear oneguide ---> then
    last still in oneguide go to tv lineup and go through that again. That fixed it for me.

  3. Changing OneGuide region after setup

    Hi Kaija,

    Go into TV & OneGuide settings, then the guide section and you can change your Zip Code and lineup settings there.

    Same problem I have.

    Newer XB1 X lost OneGuide settings.

    Older XB1 (No X) did not.

    my system's been changed in some way. Otherwise why would this issue come up again? Seems to me that things are being done behind the scenes without users being notified. Please correct this issue again, thank you.

    I have the same problem, in fact I removed power to the xbox then turned back on and it factory reset my console. I was able to get it back up and running , it kept my pins but I had to reinstall all apps and games. The problem with the tv Turner persists
    and only started happening today. It was working this morning.
