    and the widgets are gone!

    Pinned apps disappear from home screen on Xbox One

    My xbox says my pins aren't available sorry they should be back soon. On the other side of the dash board . Where the store is it says having trouble connecting it might be a problem on our side were working on it. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Pins not appearing on home screen and more...

    On my home screen my pins do not appear.

    instead it says "Your pins aren't available. They should be back soon".

    and also on the right of my home screen where the updates and store were it says,

    "Having trouble connecting? It might be a problem on our side. we're working on it".

    It has been like this for several days now.

    This has been a coming problem in the past couple of days it seems like.

    Try disconnecting from your internet and then reconnecting.

    If that doesn't work, try a hard reset (5-10 seconds of pressing the power button, wait for the click, and then wait until the power brick is amber before turning it on again).

    i have had this message now for 2 days (your pins aren't available) sorry about that. they will be back soon. There is also another message i have gotten also (Having trouble connecting?) it might be a problem on our side. We are working on it. i can playing
    my game but can't get into the xbox store.

    Go to settings- network- advanced settings and clear mac address. Try that it worked for me.

    Go to settings- network- advanced settings - alternate mac address - and clear (system will restart)

    Worked for me too. I found other places online that say just to restart which might have been what really worked.

    How do we get Microsoft to fix it for real on their end?

    The above solution works, but then the problem shows up every day or two thereafter. Been happening for awhile now. Been considering just ditching the console for the PS4 sadly. Where is microsoft on this one?
