Recently got a new computer but whenever I try to log in to Microsoft account for minecraft to connect to it in a separate tab. I get this error after typing in my email and password correctly and then it just gets stuck on loading.

I get the same results on this computer if I log on into a different Microsoft account.
I do not have a VPN on my computer and it is practically brand new.

I do not have network software just a WI-FI extender on the top of my computer in which I cannot take off as it just won't reach the WI-FI anymore then.
I restarted my router and it did not fix the issue.

Thank you for providing further information about the issue. Have you tried restarting your router in case it's a connection issue?

If you're using a VPN or any other network software on your computer, make sure it's turned off or closed, too.

Also, if possible, try logging into a different Microsoft account to see if you get the same error.

First, what type of request are you trrying to submit and what device are you using to do so?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried yourself to resolve the issue?

If it is a refund request, are you logged into the correct account which made the purchase you are trying to get a refund for?
