    Good afternoon, So just yesterday i bought a gift card for my xbox and i went to the store to buy something. I find a game that i wouldwant and i press buy, but its telling me i can only use a credit caror debit card,and i dont know what to do because
    its not a bavkwards compatible game. Can someone from Microsoft help me please?

    Its a gang of stoler they close client service and they grab me some money in my account when the automatic accoutn was remove they pickup 139 $ in my account and cause me 88 of debt with bank account and they block my microsoft account because have debt
    on seriousely they was **** and when i try to contact him everything was close I NEVER DO AGAIN with microsoft its big **** of stoler

    I truly understand, Caleb. The refund process suffered delays and some other issues a month ago, which made most refunds take a lot longer to be paid. Many players had this same issue and solved it by contacting Support directly and addressing the situation, so this is what you need to do.

    The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support.
