    I recently tried to purchase a game via the Mobile phone number option as I have Sprint. I successfully purchased a game back in October with no issues. I contacted both chat and telephone support through Microsoft Xbox and was left with zero answers as
    to why I received this message.

    I was told that it might be due to my recent phone number change, however, it has been updated in the system. I was also told to contact Sprint to see if there was a technical error on their end. The phone representative did not see any issues.

    I enjoy the option of adding my purchase to my mobile phone bill. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    Still no resolution. Apparently your support staff regarding billing is completely inept as they had no idea as to why I am “experiencing this problem”. Until this issue is resolved, Microsoft Xbox won’t see another dime from me.
