I've renewed my xbox live gold subscription last year without any problems using paypal. But this week, it gave me this answer again and again even though i used the same process i did last year. I have funds connected to my paypal account just like last
time and it worked fine.

Microsoft, please, Do you want me to continue buying your great games? then Let me renew my subscription so i could purchase them also. I love your free games every month but i mostly play your paid games.

I'm about to buy another console for my family so we can play "Destiny" together and other great games. But this problem of not being able to renew my subscription makes it pointless.

Do you seriously want to lose a long time gamer and loyal customer?

Can you provide me with a working solution?
