    I want to join xbox game pass as it is really cheap now but this keeps popping up. I try to buy it from my xbox I updated my payment options still no luck. I created another account and tried to join with it but no. Can somebody help me pls or give me
    some tips how to solve this?

    Are you doing it with a credit card, pay pal, or your account money?

    Hello thanks for the reply. The payment option isn't the problem. My billing info match the billing info for the card and the card doesn't have a restriction. It still won't work.

    Hi there,

    Have you checked that the payment option isn't the issue?

    If your payment option is a credit/debit card, does the billing information for your account match the billing information for the card?

    Does the card company/bank have a restriction on the card that is preventing it from being used online? (That one, you would have to contact the card company)

    Would need to get a few other details to continue to trouble shoot the issue.
