    This error massage kept coming to me in XBOX and in Microsoft WEBSITE as well .. no luck

    in changing 3 valid credit cards in the payment option , also refiling the Microsoft store 200 tl in turkish money lira

    by buying gift cards ..

    Now issue is stuck with cant buy games coins v-boks in fornite .. either by using CARDS OR MICROSOFT BALLANCE !!!!!

    YES ive been chating with microsoft chat support .. no luck ..

    YES my region and card and address are a match i have no problem but ..no luck

    HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM . THANKS

    thanks but no need for support to call me back . i am calling them as i mentioned earlier but they couldnt solve the problem . i would suggest you read the thread i wrote .

    Hey there hamandalhemieri!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to update and use your payment instruments.

    That totally sounds frustrating and I can understand your confusion, however talking to an agent and having them look into the issue as there might be some intricate account problem that is affecting your gamertag.

    Make sure to be attentive to the emails they send, although seeing as you are having issues through this method of contact, I would see if you can request for them to call you back if you can.
