    My Netflix app on my 360 keeps giving me the error "We're having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title." Anyone know how to correct this? Problem has been going on for about three days now. I have talked
    with the Netflix people and they were no help so far. Any ideas??

    Netflix problem

    I am having problems with Netflix on my xbox one. When I start to watch a title after about 20 seconds it stops and I get this message. We're having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title. My Netflix was
    working fine up till around a week ago. Does anyone know what the problem is? I

    update on previous comments. so swapped living room tv 50" plasma hd ready for 32" smart tv from bed room, this has fixed hdmi pass through, seems to be a problem with hdmi ports on plasma tv, and also netflix has started working flawlessly. with plasma
    i kept getting message, we're having trouble playing this title right now,please try another title or try again later, nothing worked. 100% sorted xbox all the way

    Hi KSteal, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    If it's not working on the Xbox App on PC, you will be needing to use your Xbox App on your mobile device and you can try to claim your available perks from there.

    You can also submit feedback on the Xbox App to deploy a fix for the said error.

    I knew that you could claim perks on the mobile app, but some you can't like Crunchyroll or 3 months free discord nitro since it will say you need to claim those on either PC or Xbox? Is there any other way of claiming those perks since the PC app isn't working and I don't have an Xbox?

    I apologize but that will be the only way. To claim the perks on PC, Xbox, or on the mobile Xbox App.
