"We're having trouble connecting to Microsoft Solitaire"

    "We're having trouble connecting to Microsoft Solitaire"


    This message comes up frequently after the latest "upgrade" … no matter how many times I click "Retry", I just get back to the same message, and I wind up having to cancel and play the game again. It's strange that there's no trouble connecting to the ads.
    Do you suppose someone could fix this, so the game is playable and we don't lose progress?

  3. I am having the same problem as the other players with microsoft collection. My timing today is 5hrs

    Again, Microsoft is screwing with the comment, "We're having trouble connecting to the Solitaire service." Of course if I contacted them, they would claim it is my Internet service, but obviously I have an Internet connection which is working perfectly.

    Just to let you know, even though this does NOT fix the problem -- you are not the only experiencing this problem - and like you said - it seems MS does not consider this a High Priority Problem!

  7. Spent two hours with ms they only screwed up my comp with a dumb idea create a new profile transfer from cloud don't ever do that they saw the message and tried but failed so i ended up recovery and still same message after redoing my comp I now despise
    Microsoft useless co.
