Ok i need help im try to get 1 month of gold and it wont let me so i need someone help i got the creit card we are not broke and i pressted pay and it doesn't pay it says we couldn't get athouriz for this purch

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! Just to clarify, are you trying to make the purchase for Xbox Live Gold on the website or the console? Secondly, have you checked your account to see if the Xbox Live Gold subscription you had previously is cancelled
out or if the subscription was suspended. If you do not know or don't know how to check you can go to your account at the

Account Microsoft Website and then head on over to Services and Subscriptions.

If you still cannot tell if it's suspended or not you might want to
Contact Support for further assistance.

Try this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
Step 2 : Select your Product
Step 3 : Select your Issue
- Select – Call me back

you can call xbox support so they can help you set up your credit card onto your account so you can buy your 1 month of gold

Hi Johnedens,

You can try restarting your Xbox by holding the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds. If that doesnt work check the Xbox Live status here to see if Xbox Live have any issues here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status.

Also, you can try loging into your account via the internet or Xbox app and purchase gold from there too.
