    went from xbox one to xbox one s unable to download games now


    bought dead rising 4 and mafia 3 recently, just bought a Xbox one s today and went to download my games an dont see them in my ready to install anymore go to the store an it says i need to buy them which i already did. the games are dead rising 4, mafia
    3, dangerous golf, Lego hobbit, Lego Jurassic world and batman arkham knight. contacted Xbox support an they insisted i come here to fix the issue and didn't want to help out what so ever. seriously disappointed with Xbox support as i was planning on playing
    these games this weekend but now seems as i wont be.

    Did not receive game code after purchase

    I recently purchase the Xbox One S Gears of War Bundle from Amazon and in the Product Description the last line states "Now, for a limited time, get the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for download on Xbox One at no additional cost." However, upon
    receiving the console and installing the included Gears of War 4 game, I was unable to find the code to download the other games from the series in the "Xbox 360 Gears of War collection." I was wondering how to go about getting those codes? Thanks for the

    Bad graphics on my xbox one s.

    Unfortunately you went from a PS4 to an Xbox One S, and the base PS4 is more powerful than the Xbox One S. This means that the game may be running at a lower resolution etc.

    Why cant i pre load my diablo 4 ultimate edition?

    I have an Xbox Series X and an Xbox One S. I have restarted both consoles multiple times. I cannot even download the game on my One S. On the Series X, I was able to download "something" by clicking on the tile in my games inventory, but the result is only 74GB instead of the 96GB shown in the MS store.

    How do I get help with this? I am unable to play the game on the Series X (I get an error that I am too early, even though I purchased the Ultimate Edition), and I am unable to download anything on the Xbox One S.

    Can anyone help?

    The xbox one S you are reffering to is the Xbox one S Digital, It's for downloading games only not discs you can download them from the microsoft store instead of buying via cd.

    Xbox One Series S - I'm confused

    You have names mixed up. There are no consoles named the Xbox One Series S or Xbox One Series X.

    The Xbox One/One S/One X all have a disc drive.

    The Xbox One S All Digital Edition does not have a disc drive.

    The Xbox Series X has a disc drive.

    The Xbox Series S does not have a disc drive.

    All the consoles can play backward compatible games. The Series S and One S all digital edition can only play games digitally downloaded.

    The other consoles can play games from disc and from digitally downloaded,

    I hope this clears things up for you.
