Things you have tried: Cleared mac, have no firewall, turned off and on after 10 mins, turned of upnp turned off modem and xbox then turned on again.

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?Yes, Strict

This worked for me when it went from open to strict, changed it back to open so i could continue to play online

 

Do you run the latest Firmware for this Router?

 

Did you also do a full power cycle of the Xbox (hold finger on power button of console for 5 sec. to reset it)? If not.... Do this also. The Xbox can have issues resetting its network settings staying in a low power state.

 

My routers firmware is up to date, And I've reset my Xbox multiple times with no luck.

 

maybe your UPnP Version is not really workling. Do you know how to setup Port Forwarding?

 

Do you have more than one Xbox connected to your network? Such as a Xbox360..... If so disconnect the Xbox360 from the router and reset Xbox one and router. Then see what happens. Some routers don't allow for multiple xboxs to play well together on the same
network. There are many things that can cause Nat issues and can take some time to figure it out.
