Went from Free Xbox live no points

Hey I had a free xbox live trial. I decided to renew it for 1 year on gold and haven't received my points. Why ????

Hy moon, want free microsoft points? (Though word is ms points are being rtired from xbox) go do bing rewards and xbox live rewards, free easy points.

No, you should not loose your Microsoft points. When you go from a gold account to an Xbox Live Free (formerly called Xbox Live Silver) you keep all of the Microsoft points on your account. Perhaps you may have been mistaken or you have bought something
while in a free account that you may have forgotten.

What points?

If you mean xbox live rewards then you get them on the 15th & 30th of the month.

You need a total of 5000 points for an automatic deposit or at least 1000 points & you can request a deposit in "my rewards" from the rewards site.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox rewards Questions support forum. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

I like it better than xbox live rewards. I've earned alot of free microsoft points from it.
