Error Buying Xbox One Games From Xbox Official Website

Hi There .. i just faced a problem that i can't solve currently ..

the other day i was scrolling through the Xbox website for games and i was interested in Halo 3: ODST .. well since i already bought Halo Master Chief Collection so i just buy the add-ons .. but when i finished the procedure of buying and everything .. it
just pop up an error saying my xbox cant get authorization for buying that add-on .. and its not just Halo 3: ODST .. so is other games i tried to buy ..

Can anyone help me with this problem ??

If I could just find copies of Halo 2 and 3, I would be very happy. Well.... I could live without Halo 3.

Nice of you to try and help! I was doing the giant cross-game playlist, and the game froze on Halo 3, Sierra 117. After restarting the console, it shows that I completed 26 of 45 chapters of the playlist, but it won't give me the option of "resume", it will
only let me start over at Pillar Of Autumn. Any way to restore my save or something so it will allow me to resume the playlist?

I've run in to this issue before on this games and others. That is terrible you did all that hard work and destruction, then the game just froze on you. I read your message and quick question, Did you get to a check point, or save at any time during that
mission?

If your game froze and you didn't get to a checkpoint, have a specific skull on that reverts you back to check point, or start of the mission, if you didn't reach it. In this case, if you had a specific skull on (away from my Xbox One can't recall which
one), or didn't reach the check point and it froze, then you will have to reload the mission.

You could try to clear your local saved games, if anything hasn't changed it won't delete your saved games. I wouldn't chance it though, because I haven't played campaign over a week and it might now delete your progress all together. Try to do this, sign
out of live, power off your console, then unplug in the back the power cord and Ethernet cord. Wait 30 to 45 secs, then plug your power cord back into the back of Xbox One and Ethernet cord. This should clear your cache and fix the issue. If it doesn't, then
I would just restart the mission my friend.

If you need help playing through it, I would have no problem helping you out. I will post the link to the updates and I know the game freezing and not saving in spots is a known issue.

Good morning everyone! I am about of the Xbox Preview Dashboard program. I last night got for right now, the opportunity to beta test the soon to roll out content update. I must say, only playing two games, I saw a significant improvement. Of course it didn't
work at first, until I restarted my Xbox One. Then once I signed in to my Xbox Console, I cleared my local saved games.

I was able to find games when searching in swat playlist in approximately 30 seconds to 2 minutes. They improved in fill screen the actual user interface. The font and picture thumbnails are bigger. I noticed when I played Warlock Swat, the gun and reticule
was improved. I wasn't having to aim for the chest, to get head shots. Good connection too.

You can tell so far, alot of things have improved for the better. I haven't tested parties and keeping your party on the same teams yet. If you would like to play with me, or get invited to Xbox Preview Program either: send me a private message on here,

1/26/15 Beta test new content update feedback and thoughts:

Good morning all interested parties. Yesterday from 3:00 PM to 6:35 PM I tested out the new content update, which will be rolling out to the masses in the near future. Here is actual facts about my experience yesterday with the beta content update.

Waiting for games: On average to join session... 1.5 minutes. Players found and establishing connection... 2 minutes.

Xbox Live Party Chat: Friends able to stay in no lag.

Halo Party System: Worked great and was able to do the following: with odd team members (3 friends), remain in party, teams balanced, 2.5 minutes waiting/finding game, and remained connected. Tested ability to remain in party and connected to party host,
if backing out and bringing party, and this actually worked.

Halo 4 and Anniversary Maps: Improved and 30 to 1 minute download time, which has improved tremendously. Works great!

Connection: My connection overall was no lag and no ping showing, which worked out real well, friends connection was the same. I did have an red lobby in Halo 4 playlist, however that was, because there was two individuals cheating/modding/hacking, which
complaint filed.

Bullet registry: It was pretty solid, but had hard time registering headshots and body kills on Halo 4 playlist.

Hit markers: I noticed significant improvement, to the lesser hit markers and able to get my kills.

Teams balanced: Overall each game started with balanced players, and my party stayed on same team.

Playlist that were quickest to load: Team Slayer, Team Hardcore, Swat, Big Team, and Halo 3.

Fixes that need to be made:

Halo 4 playlist: Connection wasn't good red pinged. Took over 5+ minutes to find a match. Grenades would not register, had hard time registering head shots, please see my file share on Skyline. Playlist needs work.

Team Halo 2 Anniversary: Had to back out twice and stuck on Joining session..., then backed out and stuck on players found..., thus it took 5+ minutes to find a match. This needs fixed.

Disclaimer: This is my observation so far, please Microsoft and 343 fix the flaws in the game I identified. If anyone wants to run with me and test out my beta content update, then feel free to do so. I am not an Microsoft, or 343 employee, however I have
been playing Halo since the original Xbox and PC version. If there is one thing I do know is Halo games and their command prompts and performance flaws.

I will keep everyone posted, but so far I am about 4.5 stars out of 10 satisfied with this beta content update. There is no release date just yet, but through my feedback I hope things that are flawed gets fixed. Please and thank you for the opportunity.

I tried the fix that says to delete the local saved games and let the game sync but it won't finich syncing. The furthest I've gotten is 97% and it drops out saying it can't sync to the cloud. Patience is wearing thin lol.
