well time to trade in my xbox for a wii u or a ps4

well it been a mouth now and still no help from xbox or activision over my black op3 I try doing all the step they ask me to do and still nothing. but both want me to go back out and buy another disc after I had bought the juggernog edition that so unfair
for me I trust xbox to help and they did nothing but I would like to say ty to one lady who try helping me she did all and more then the rest of them put together

Ethernet NIC fails in standby mode

My circumstances have changed in that I had an opportunity to trade my Xbox 360 for a Wii U. So now, it is just the Xbox One and a PS4 sharing the switch, while the Wii U uses WiFi only. I tried the standby mode again on the Xbox One and this time the Xbox
One woke and got on the internet without a problem. My best guess here is that the Xbox 360 and Xbox One may have interfered with each other's communications behind the switch. Or conversely the switch couldn't distinguish the two Xbox units when the Xbox
One was in standby.

 

100% Packet Loss

well thinking its time to trade for a ps4..... its always something with xbone thinking a wii would even be better....maybe a commodore 64... had less problems... devo-lution evolution..

Sorry but not sure what issue you are having. If you posted it somewhere I haven't seen it. Maybe if you post here someone can assist.
