Well my Xbox one is signing in but when it try to play black ops Xbox 360 won't sign in

Try check if you have free space for cache and try see if the NAT from your Network is all open for your console

but
its not having trouble on signing in right there

This has happened to me a few times before. In order to fix it, you are going to have to perform a soft reset of the console. To this, go to settings>system>console>reset. Make sure to click reset and keep my games and apps. Then it will reboot and you
fill in the details like it came out of the box. If you use a wireless connection have your router password easy to hand.

Is this happening with any other Backwards compatible games?

If it is then it could be a couple different possibilities.

1. Make sure your password is not longer than 16 characters. The 360s including the emulators on the One do not like passwords longer than 16.

2. Load any 360 backwards compatible game and hit the start and select buttons (small round buttons on either side of the big xbox button on the controller. This will bring up the 360 guide it should give you a choice to download profile. click on that and
enter email and password.

3. Or click on the X button on the 360 guide and it will allow you to sign in.

If you change your gamertag for what ever reason you have to redownload your profile on any 360 including the emulator.
