well my vip and xbox live rewards don't work i,m got 3 years of stuff not showing up

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default
state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Hi FASTGUNNER: I can get you answers for #2 and #3. Your #1 wasn't an Xbox LIVE Rewards promotion, but I can move your post over to the right Forum so you can get an answer on that.

#2: Unfortunately, the adidas Superstar Track Suit VIP award is no longer available. The VIP Exclusives expire one year after awarding and that's been well over a year. Apologies that I don't have better news on that one. If you see any other VIP Rewards
on your account that you didn't receive, please let us know right away.

#3: If you had Netflix prior to joining Xbox LIVE Rewards, you can't qualify for that award. I'm sorry again for the bad news! The good news is that when you renew your Xbox LIVE Gold membership, you will qualify for the Reward.

I've got 5 continuous years on my account, as well as over 75000 GS, master level on the rewards system, and a VIP rewards member too, and I got nothing. I wouldn't hold your breathe! It shouldn't be expected any way, it's an added bonus if you get one.

interesting I wish I read up on forza before I purchased it.i bought the vip thing as well,i don't seem to have my rewards active.as well im unsure on what exacally I paid for...

I received 2 cars from the rewards program,an audi and a fiesta,but didn't receive a Ferrari...I did receive 70k after I signed up for the rewards program and redeemed it.i received the cars "before"i signed up because I assume played forza 2-4...I got some
tokens too,from where I dunno.100 of them.

what I didn't receive was the rivals vip section unlocked.the Ferrari it seems and any bonus xp that I paid for and seem to not have running.this is a 5 day problem atm.if some people are having problems take it down.i had problems with crackle and machinima
as well,i uninstalled them.will m$ pay for my extra dl on my 90 gig cap this month?
