^^No one. That would have been huge news and not one site has reported on any offers. Electro makes things up as he goes along so dont mind him.

 

sad for the folks who got laid off but this happens in takeovers all the time

 

sad to hear that people are about to lose their job. prayers out to those affected. i too wasn't really following the TV programming bid .. just seemed pointless really ... i wasn't interested in any original TV from Xbox. too much production/costs would
have to be sustained to make it even the slightest bit relevant in homes these days with so much existing programming.

 

Can't say I'll miss what I don't know what would of been, but yeah, internet feedback flipped the XB1 into just another console. Albeit, a console with exclusives that actually male it worth owning.

If all of MGS focus, money & time go to getting out cool new AAA games, I'll be happy. And of course keep getting exclusive content, because that is still a trend.

 

They are to Axe the Nokia X phone to concentrate on the Windows phone. Not all jobs will be axed from that department but also the X Box division most likely a lot in the media department.

Hate to say this but the XBOne is the new 360.5 version. So people who said the PS4 was a PS3.5 now have the same.

 

A large percentage of the cuts were in the mobile department as few have stated. I was iffy regarding the TV programs, and MS even doing it in the first place. Though I was intrigued by the Halo show, I didn't believe it would be enough. And that was
the case.

I wouldn't worry too much. Microsoft pointed out that they are committed to the Xbox division before the lay offs. Sometimes it's a good thing to streamline things a bit. Big business can easily get too top heavy.

 

Soon the Xbox One will not be such the "all-in-One" device they hoped for.

 

They already gave up on their vision. If they were going to give up this easy they should have just invested all that money into games. I wonder how many top shelf games they could have bankrolled with all the money they wasted.

I'm okay with where we are heading, I just wish they wouldn't have shoved a bunch of bologna down our throats to begin with....I'm bored, can we just get to Destiny already?

 

Rather they focus on games.
