    Well i won't be purchasing anything xbox again....


    Wow..... two and a half hours into a chat with Microsoft support and they forcibly end the conversation with no outcome.

    I wanted my issue resolved there and then. Time and time again they have 'gotten back to me' through email just to decline whatever it was i was waiting on. All i asked is they make the necessary calls to resolve my issue there and then. Basically i got
    a 'take it or leave it' approach. When i told them i took offense to the statement they eneded the chat...

    Any way of putting in a formal complaint to "Kurt T" and his supervisor "Mikah C"?

    2 hours of my life is gone. I was not rude, or offensive, just want an outcome.

    Microsoft support has to be the worst support agents i have ever dealt with... I will absolutely never be purchasing a product that is xbox related again....

    OPEN WALLET, OPEN TRAY, PRE-OPENED AND SOLD XBOX????

    Sucks. The first day my girlfriend bought her (new) Xbox 360, it had an open tray error as well, it wasn't reading anything. She returned it, got her money back, and won't be purchasing an Xbox 360 again. Well i won't be purchasing anything xbox again.... :)

    How can this game possibly be good?

    Well, then you probably won't end up purchasing. It will probably be Mw2 v2, but I can only hope that it won't be...

    Well, that didn't fix anything. It downloaded my profile without a problem, but won't re-download the game saves from the cloud storage and still won't download anything from the marketplace.

    Well we had a decent 9 year run, but at this point, I'm officially over it. If it won't download any of my purchases, then I might as well get rid of it.

    Xbox Support usually does it's best to help. I have had good experiences with Xbox Support before, but I suppose the occasional case may get missed or forgotten. It happens.
