    I can't open any games in xbox clouding with Edge browser and Google chrome . It shows "We'll be right back. Sorry, we're working on fixing the issues, please try again later." But strangely, it can successfully runs in Safari which don't have Handle vibration feedback. For the best game experience, I really need the vibration which only runs in the Edge. I have changed the DNS and checked network.

    Livy, this happens due to restrictions that some browsers have, due to a misconfigured network.

    So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

    They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

    If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

    set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

    Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)

    You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help

    Just thought I would let you know that since I changed ISP it now works without having to do any of the above!!

    Might not mean much from wherever you are in the world but I changed from iiNet to Aussie Broadband and now it works like a dream!

    Hello ZBO1993! I'm Claus, an Independent Microsoft Community Consultant for Xbox! Glad to be able to help you!

    It could be a problem with Safari and Microsoft webpages, which is known that both don't work that well together. Try to install Microsoft Edge and check if the service works fine.

    But, going a bit more in depth on what you've mentioned, it could be related to a issue with your Internet Service Provider, given that by using 4G everything works correctly. Maybe try to change the DNS on your macOS to the Google Public DNS. To do that on macOS, choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, click Network, select a network service in the list on the left, click Advanced, then click DNS. There, change the DNS address to 8.8.8.8 (as the primary address) and 8.8.4.4 as the secondary.

    Hi ZBO1993!

    I'm happy that you've now found that Microsoft Edge is a very good browser, I actually personally agree, it is really good indeed!

    Regarding your issue, it could be something related with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) in this case. Have you tried to use your iPhone while connected to your home Wi-Fi, and check if it also fails to work? Maybe try to take both of your devices (the iPhone and the MacBook) to test on a different Internet connection (with a different ISP) and check if the same thing happens, or if it works correctly on both. I've seen issues related to ISP's affect the functionality of Cloud Gaming sadly. If necessary, you could also try to contact your ISP and request them to open the following ports on their router/modem:

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)

    If this also doesn't work, then I'd recommend that you contact the Xbox Support directly for further help with this issue.
