welcome screen is frozen

I just recently downloaded the new update for Xbox one. Now when I turn on my console it loads the green screen but when the welcome screen comes up everything is frozen. It doesn't even connect to the internet. How can I fix this problem?

Xbox 360 Freeze only on My tv

I have been using our Xbox on our LG TV for 3 years. A week ago it just froze on welcome screen. Tried everything. Took it to service centre worked on the spot when they hooked it up took it back again froze on welcome screen. Tried other TV same thing plugged
changed wires. Nothing works.. TV is the same tv we have been using.. any help please.

Screen Freeze Solution page, it will have optional answers of which based on the ones you choose, depends on what solution you get as it is specified for your issue. Quite handy if I do say so my self!
